This classic oval makes room for Pendolinos and AC electrics on the West Coast route, with a simple yard imitating the parcels depot just north of London Euston. The 'railway' part of the board would take over the top right hand corner of the board, with a retaining wall running parallel to the rearmost siding, with urban buildings filling the rest of the space. I envisage Class 90s, 86s and an 08 shunter moving RES branded parcels coaches under the 4-tracked shed, with Viesmann catenary - the more complex the better!
