A loco depot to the top right of the plan provides space for diesel or electric locos under repair, and a passing loop on the lower side of the board means that some small infrastructure wagons (such as Hornby’s Tope or Clam) can be rearranged. The backscene (made up of a corrugated steel shed) means that locos can be moved off the layout out of sight – perfect for an exhibition layout.
