This simple plan was designed for those who want to run regional express trains in a small space. A station with island platform would be situated in the bottom left corner, with a loop and infrastructure siding just past the end of the platform. A second layer of board would be filled with a town scene towards the right side of the plan, with retaining walls separating the low-level railway from the urban development above.
